Frequently Asked Questions
Everything creators and brands ask before working with us.
How much does video editing cost?
Short-form starts at $20/video and long-form at $80/video. Monthly packages discount 15–25%. Use the instant estimator for your exact mix, or see the pricing page.
How fast is delivery?
Shorts: 24–48 hours. Long-form: 48–72 hours from receiving complete materials. Rush delivery is available on request.
How do revisions work?
Every package includes structured revision rounds. You leave timecoded comments; we turn them around fast. Scope changes beyond the brief are quoted separately.
Who owns the final videos and files?
You do — exports, raws and project files on request, in writing in our Terms.
Can you match my existing style?
Yes — we build a style guide from your best-performing videos before the first edit, then refine it with your feedback. By video five it's indistinguishable.
Do you sign NDAs?
Standard practice — see Trust & Security. Sensitive footage is treated as confidential with or without one.
How do we send footage?
Google Drive, Frame.io, WeTransfer or your preferred system — encrypted, access-limited to your project team.
Do you edit Shorts natively or crop long-form?
Natively — reframed compositions, new hooks, re-timed captions per platform. Crops are why most repurposed content dies; see the Shorts guide.
Can you handle high monthly volume?
Yes — volume pipelines with dedicated teams, style locks and SLAs are our specialty. Read the case studies.
