Our commitment
We want every client happy with their edit. Revision rounds included in your package exist so we can refine the work until it matches the agreed brief.
When refunds apply
- Before work begins: full refund of any prepayment if you cancel before editing starts.
- Non-delivery: if we fail to deliver the agreed work, you receive a full refund for that deliverable.
- Quality disputes: if delivered work materially fails the written brief and revisions cannot resolve it, we will offer a partial or full refund at our reasonable discretion for that video.
When refunds do not apply
- Completed and approved deliverables.
- Change of mind after delivery, or new requirements outside the original brief.
- Delays caused by missing materials or feedback from the client side.
- Platform outcomes (views, monetization, ad performance) — we optimize for quality and retention but cannot guarantee platform results.

Email vortexexcel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your project details. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method.
