Vortex Xcel (SMC Private) Limited ("we", "us") provides professional video editing, motion graphics, thumbnail design and related creative services. Project scope, deliverables, pricing and timelines are agreed per project or package before work begins.
You confirm you own or hold rights to all footage, music, images and materials you provide, and you grant us permission to edit them for your project. You are responsible for timely delivery of raw materials and consolidated feedback.
Each package includes the revision rounds stated at purchase. Additional revisions or scope changes may be quoted separately. Turnaround times are estimates measured from receipt of complete materials.
Payment terms (upfront, milestone or monthly) are stated on your invoice or package. Work may be paused on overdue accounts. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Upon full payment, you own the final delivered videos. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing (NDAs available).
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, platform decisions (e.g. demonetization), or third-party claims arising from materials you supplied.
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice; completed work and work-in-progress up to that date remains billable.
