We sign NDAs before any sensitive footage moves. Unreleased products, private events, internal comms — treated as confidential whether an NDA exists or not.
Files move over encrypted channels (Google Drive, Frame.io, WeTransfer Pro or your preferred system). Access is limited to the team members on your project only.
Active projects are backed up during production. After delivery, files are retained for a limited revision window, then removed on request — or archived if you prefer.
Client contact data is used only for your project — never sold or shared. Details in our Privacy Policy.
On full payment you own the final videos and can request project files — in writing, in our Terms. Portfolio display is always opt-out-able.
