2. Planning & style lock

We build your style guide from your best-performing content: fonts, colors, caption system, pacing, music palette. Approved before the first full edit.

3. Production

Retention-first editing: dead-air surgery, hooks, re-hooks, motion graphics and sound design (the full system is in our watch-time guide). You get a review link in 24–72h.

4. Revisions

Timecoded feedback → structured revision round(s) included in every package. Consolidated notes keep timelines fast.

5. Delivery

Final exports optimized per platform + project files on request. You own everything — raws, exports and projects.

6. Long-term support

Monthly packages get a dedicated pipeline: consistent editors, analytics reviews, style evolution and priority SLAs. That's how our longest partnerships run.
