Vortex Xcel provides professional video editing, content creation, motion graphics, social media content, and related digital media services. All services are delivered based on the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients must provide:

•Clear project briefs, source files, and any necessary assets.

•Accurate contact information for timely communication.

•Approval or feedback within agreed timelines to ensure smooth project delivery.

 

3. Payment Terms

•All payments must be made as agreed in the contract or invoice.

•Work may commence after receiving full payment or initial deposit, as agreed.

•Late payments may delay project delivery.

•Refunds are only considered for incomplete or non-delivered services under agreed circumstances.

 

4. Revisions & Changes

•Vortex Xcel provides [X] free revisions per project (specify your standard).

•Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

•Major changes outside the original scope will be quoted separately.

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

•All original content created by Vortex Xcel remains the property of the agency until full payment is received.

•Upon full payment, rights are transferred to the client as agreed.

•Vortex Xcel retains the right to showcase the work in portfolio or promotional material unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

 

6. Confidentiality

•Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared information, files, and project details.

•Sensitive client data will not be shared with third parties without written consent.

 

7. Liability

•Vortex Xcel is not responsible for third-party platform issues, delays caused by client, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

•Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

 

8. Termination

•Either party may terminate the contract in writing.

•Payment for completed work and incurred costs remains due.

•Upon termination, any work in progress may be delivered proportionally if payment is made.

 

 

9. Governing Law

 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts in Bahawalnagar District, Punjab.
